2. Nature of our business
Novera is an online retailer of fashion clothing and accessories, selling to consumers in the United Kingdom. We are not a member of a regulated profession and our activities are not subject to an authorisation scheme.
3. Regulatory and supervisory bodies
As a UK retailer we are subject to consumer protection law enforced by the Competition and Markets Authority and by local authority Trading Standards services. Our processing of personal data is supervised by the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
4. Prices
All prices on this site are shown in pounds sterling and are the final price payable for the goods. Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown separately and in full at checkout before you are asked to pay.
5. Concluding a contract electronically
- Technical steps: you add items to your basket, proceed to checkout, enter your delivery and payment details, review the order summary, and confirm the order. A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email.
- Correcting input errors: you can review and amend your basket, delivery address and payment details at any point before confirming your order, using the edit and back controls in the checkout.
- Filing of the contract: we retain a record of your order. We also email you an order confirmation and dispatch confirmation, which you can store and reproduce.
- Language: contracts are concluded in English.
- Codes of conduct: we do not currently subscribe to any external code of conduct or alternative dispute resolution scheme.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including the Novera name and logo, product designs, photographs, text, graphics, page layout and source code — is owned by or licensed to Novera Clothing Ltd and is protected by United Kingdom and international copyright, design and trade mark law. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other reproduction, distribution, framing, adaptation or commercial exploitation is prohibited without our prior written consent.
7. Accuracy of information
We take reasonable care to ensure the information on this site is accurate and up to date. Content is provided for general information and, other than in respect of the goods we sell, is not intended to be relied upon as advice.
