A small, considered edit of womenswear
Novera is a UK shop for clothes that are easy to live in — coats and cardigans, dresses that carry through a whole day, knitwear, and loungewear worth being seen in. Thirty-three pieces at a time, not three thousand.
What we do
We choose rather than make. Novera is a curated edit: we select pieces from established makers, hold them in a warehouse here in Britain, and stand behind every order that leaves it. We would rather be straight about that than invent an atelier — it is precisely why we can be quick, and why we put real fabric and sizing detail on the page instead of a story.
The edit is deliberately small. Everything is chosen to sit alongside everything else, so pieces bought months apart still look like they belong together.
Held in Britain
Every item on this site is already in a UK warehouse before you order it. Nothing is shipped in from overseas after you buy, so there are no six-week waits, no customs charges, and no tracking number that sits still for a fortnight.
Orders placed before 2:00pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Royal Mail Tracked then usually takes one to three working days. Full detail is in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
How we choose
Fabric weight, the cut, and how a piece holds its shape after it has been washed. If something only works on a hanger, it does not make the edit.
We hold limited quantities. Partly that is discipline, partly it is that we would rather sell through than sit on stock we have to discount into the ground. When something sells out we will often bring it back — but not always, and not necessarily in the same colour.
Pricing, honestly
We sit above the high street and below designer. What that buys you is better fabric and cleaner construction than a fast-fashion equivalent. It does not buy you couture, and we are not going to pretend otherwise.
The price on the product page is the price of the product. Delivery is shown in full before you pay, and there are no mandatory added fees.

- Thirty days to change your mind. Well beyond the 14 days UK law requires. Unworn, tags on, and you get your money back — details in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
- Clear delivery costs. Royal Mail Tracked at £4.99 flat, free on orders over £100, shown in full before you pay.
- Real product information. Fabric, sizing and care detail on the product page, before you add to basket.
- Genuine reviews only. We do not write, buy or incentivise reviews. If we ever gift a piece to someone who then writes about it, we say so.
